Lead ETL/Data Warehouse architect designing and optimizing Snowflake DWHs, building ETL with Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter/IDMC), guiding teams, producing architecture and technical documentation, managing projects, and presenting complex information to business and technical stakeholders. Works with pharma life-science datasets (IQVIA, Komodo, Veeva).

Own end-to-end architecture for an AI-native, hyperscaler-agnostic CPQ product: design semantic graph core, agentic LLM services, RAG pipelines, async APIs, and lead technical delivery, mentoring, and build-vs-buy decisions.

Design, develop, and run automated IVR tests for Amazon Connect using Cyara. Create and manage test suites in QTest, integrate API-based simulations, validate performance, report defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Design, develop, test, and support Node.js serverless applications on AWS Lambda to power Amazon Connect/Amazon Lex contact center workflows. Build integrations with CRMs and backend services, implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures, enforce secure coding, participate in CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, write automated tests, and produce deployment documentation and runbooks.

Work with healthcare stakeholders to discover high-value problems and rapidly design, prototype, and ship end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and modern AI stacks. Build LLM integrations, RAG, agentic workflows, APIs and lightweight front ends; apply responsible AI, HIPAA compliance, monitoring and governance; communicate ROI and technical tradeoffs to executives; iterate prototypes into production-ready, reusable components.
