Produces high-impact breaking and enterprise multimedia journalism across broadcast and digital platforms; leads coverage planning and live production during major events; shoots and edits video, scripts and fine-edits content, and mentors less-experienced journalists while meeting editorial standards and deadlines.

Write and produce news and feature content for broadcast, web, and social media; translate and adapt content between English and the target language; meet VOA quality and deadline standards; contribute to team tasks and workflow improvements; apply specialized knowledge and education as needed.

Produce and edit multimedia broadcast and digital content: line-produce shows, fine-edit taped material, operate production equipment, serve as videographer/reporter, log assets in digital management systems, adapt target-language stories into English, and meet VOA productivity and quality standards.
