Leads renewable energy investment and corporate development activities, including transaction execution, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, portfolio performance analysis, strategic growth initiatives, and capital recycling. Oversees team assignments, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, develops business plans and investment materials, and presents recommendations to senior management, boards, and investment committees.

Manages daily treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, capital planning, financing transactions, treasury reporting, and account administration. Partners with FP&A, Capital Markets, and stakeholders across the organization to assess funding needs, monitor debt capacity, support business planning, and maintain financing schedules for a renewable energy portfolio.
