Support day-to-day inbound shipment processes across vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs. Maintain in-transit visibility in ERP, reconcile warehouse receipts, flag exceptions, produce weekly/monthly reports and dashboards, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with Planning to ensure accurate, timely inbound execution and clean operational data.

Own day-to-day Amazon and marketplace performance (Seller or Vendor Central). Optimize listings, content, pricing, promotions, and catalog health. Partner with Marketing, Creative, Planning, and Operations to drive traffic, conversion, margin, forecasting alignment, and operational solutions. Monitor KPIs, report performance, test improvements, and protect brand standards across third-party channels.

Support end-to-end product development for assigned categories from concept to commercialization. Manage development calendars, sample logs, costing, and PLM/WIP documentation. Coordinate with design, production, and suppliers to ensure fit, quality, margin protection, and on-time launches while contributing to process improvements and category-level planning.
