The Workday Financials Architect will lead the design and optimization of Workday Financials, manage requirements gathering, and oversee project delivery within an Agile framework.

Senior hands-on architect and engineering leader responsible for designing and delivering API, microservice, middleware, and data integration solutions for wealth and asset management platforms. Partners with product, data, security, and vendor teams to build secure, resilient, observable integrations involving Canoe, Snowflake, Addepar, and related reporting and portfolio systems while ensuring regulatory compliance, architecture governance, and production support.

Senior Addepar data engineer/analyst responsible for supporting and scaling Addepar integrations, building and maintaining data pipelines (Addepar↔Snowflake/Canoe/other platforms), diagnosing and resolving data quality issues, developing SQL-based reconciliations and automation, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and supporting production operations, governance, testing, and documentation for wealth and asset management data.

Manage portfolios for sophisticated clients, providing investment insights, ensuring financial analysis, and fostering client relationships. Oversee portfolio management activities and support investment strategies alongside team members.

The Associate Portfolio Manager will manage client portfolios, analyze financial information, support investment processes, and develop client materials while ensuring strong relationship management.

Hands-on data and integration engineer responsible for building, supporting, and automating Canoe-related workflows and integrations. Develop and maintain data pipelines, SQL queries, validations, reconciliations, and monitoring to deliver alternative investment data to Snowflake, Addepar, reporting tools, and downstream systems. Troubleshoot data quality issues, support production feeds, manage exceptions, document mappings and runbooks, and collaborate with investment, reporting, technology, and vendor teams. Hybrid role requiring Baltimore office presence three days per week.

The Operational Due Diligence Analyst evaluates operational risks for various funds, conducts financial document reviews, and generates due diligence reports while working in a team and communicating with fund managers.
