Design, build, and operate scalable cloud data pipelines and platforms (development through production). Embed security, automation, CI/CD and testing; monitor, tune, and resolve incidents; provide technical design, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable healthcare-focused data products.

Lead engineering, platform, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. Oversee architecture, delivery, incident resolution, roadmaps, operational performance, and cross-functional partnerships while driving modernization, operational maturity, and leadership development.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure full‑stack features and services. Build maintainable front-end and backend code, implement integrations and data models, enable cloud-native CI/CD workflows, use containers and IaC, and act as a technical leader influencing architecture and delivery across teams while leveraging AI-assisted tools.

Lead and grow the Identity Platform Engineering team to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM capabilities (lifecycle, governance, PAM, authentication/authorization, federation). Deliver API-driven, developer-consumable identity services using IaC, CI/CD, automation, and observability. Integrate identity across cloud, SaaS, on‑prem, and AI-enabled systems, enforce least-privilege and Zero Trust patterns, and improve governance, audit readiness, and operational reliability.

Serve as CIOs trusted advisor to translate technology strategy into priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes. Own operating model, governance, and executive coordination. Lead cross-functional initiatives, separation readiness, KPIs and dashboards, financial and resource planning, and executive communications to ensure disciplined execution.

Lead a pharmacy accounts and sales support team to drive membership growth and retention. Partner with sales, underwriting, and business units to develop pharmacy strategies, RFP responses, pricing approaches, client renewals, training materials, and sales collateral. Manage client issues, ensure contract deliverables, and present pharmacy value to clients, brokers, and consultants.

Lead engineering delivery and operational health of corporate platforms (Workday ecosystem), owning integrations, security and AI enablement. Define multi-year roadmaps, build scalable AI agents and governance, set analytics/data strategy, and lead multidisciplinary teams to modernize platforms across HR, Finance, and GBS.
