Coordinate daily HR operations, employee relations, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, onboarding, separations, and California employment compliance. Recruit the behavioral and mental health workforce, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain confidential HR records, support employee relations, review timekeeping and payroll data, track leave and accommodations, and assist with California employment compliance. The role also supports retention initiatives, recruiting events, employee communications, disciplinary documentation, and payroll issue resolution in a high-volume healthcare environment.
