Source, structure, negotiate, and close semiconductor, chip licensing, SDK, AI, and OEM deals. Build pipelines, GTM plans, and revenue models; drive partner governance, cross-functional execution, and commercial growth. Serve as executive partner lead and ensure operational tracking, launch, and long-term success.

Manage global benefits and leave administration, employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, I-9, background checks), Workday HCM/Benefits/Absence administration, HR compliance and reporting (ACA, ERISA, state leaves), data integrity and reporting, immigration coordination, and escalated employee support while maintaining confidential HR policies and SOPs.

Lead product vision and roadmap for administrator and clinical workflow experiences on Butterfly's cloud platform. Define requirements, partner with cross-functional teams, apply AI and automation, and drive adoption across enterprise health systems through research-backed, user-centered product development and go-to-market support.

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and Sigma dashboards, manage CRM data hygiene and Data Cloud integrations from the Databricks data lake, handle ad-hoc commercial reporting, and support AI initiatives tied to sales and commercial strategy.

Design and own end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines, lead GCP→AWS/Databricks migration, build dbt models in a medallion architecture, implement data quality and observability, manage reverse ETL integrations, write architecture decisions, and partner with business teams to translate requirements into reliable data products.

Manage day-to-day 3PL and carrier relationships, ensure export compliance and documentation, lead quarter-end logistics execution, own cart-bundle kitting and BOM fulfillment, monitor KPIs, resolve warehouse discrepancies, and coordinate cross-functionally to prioritize time-sensitive shipments.

Lead product vision and roadmap for admin and clinical workflow products on Butterfly's cloud platform. Drive strategy, requirements, and execution for admin features, clinical documentation, QA tools, analytics, education, and AI-enabled automation. Partner with design, engineering, clinical affairs, and GTM teams to ship, measure adoption, and improve workflows for health system administrators and clinicians.

Support corporate FP&A by building financial models, producing monthly/quarterly management reports, managing budgeting and forecasting, performing variance and driver analysis, partnering with Sales/Commercial teams, and delivering ad hoc strategic analyses to inform senior management and CFO.

Own end-to-end quoting in Salesforce CPQ for human and veterinary lines, generate high-volume accurate quotes, process clawbacks and contract pricing, maintain price books, and support quote-to-cash execution. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Order Management on complex hardware/software/services deals, contribute to Master Data Management and account validation, and identify quoting process improvements.

Lead and manage company-sponsored clinical studies ensuring GCP compliance; design protocols and statistical plans; oversee Investigator Initiated Trials; recruit KOLs and external partners; develop SOPs and clinical documentation; mentor clinical team and align clinical programs with R&D and commercial goals.

Lead observability and reliability for the cloud platform: design metrics/logs/tracing standards, establish SLOs and error budgets, run incident response and on-call, operate Kubernetes/EKS on AWS, build automation to reduce toil, and mentor engineering teams.
