As a founding Staff Platform Engineer, you will architect and build core platform components, design and implement scalable distributed backend systems, drive CI/CD and testing practices, collaborate closely with the CEO/CTO, work in an Agile environment, and help deliver reliable fintech products.

Founding engineering role to architect and build core backend platform components. Design and implement scalable, distributed Java/JVM systems, apply solid testing and CI/CD practices, collaborate with CEO/CTO, and work in an agile early-stage fintech startup environment.

Design and prototype end-to-end product experiences, meet customers for research, create evaluable design presentations, partner with Product and Engineering to define vision and deliverable features, and help create and document a reusable design system.

Drive new business, cross-sell and up-sell within assigned territory. Manage opportunities through full sales cycle, deliver product demos to C-levels, exceed monthly quotas, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Use consultative selling to communicate ROI and leverage HubSpot and partner ecosystem to grow deals.
