Own product vision and execution in partnership with Engineering, Design, customers, and leadership. Improve product management practices, identify product and business opportunities, prioritize user needs, and build data-driven dashboards for accountability. The Analytics Engineer will build data models and pipelines for reporting and analytics, improving data infrastructure for ML and AI products, and setting processes for data collection and analysis.

Own day-to-day New York office operations, including supplies, shared spaces, deliveries, workstations, meeting rooms, visitors, interviews, events, and vendor relationships. Coordinate with building security, facilities, and IT partners to maintain a welcoming, organized workplace. Identify operational improvements and support broader executive administration, recruiting, and people operations projects as the company grows.
