The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare billing systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Manage and automate internal IT infrastructure as a product: scale onboarding/offboarding, migrate and maintain Apple MDM (Jamf/Kandji), build Zero-Touch Enrollment and JIT access automations, enforce zero-trust (SSO/SAML/MFA), troubleshoot macOS endpoints, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, and People Ops to improve security and operational workflows.

The BDR Manager will lead pipeline generation and qualification efforts, develop teams, implement AI-driven strategies, and partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance GTM effectiveness.
