The Financial Analyst will manage accounts payable from invoice intake through payment, including expense coding, payment cycles, AP aging, vendor schedules, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. The role will investigate discrepancies, support month-end close, improve cross-functional purchasing processes, and automate finance workflows. Over time, the analyst will contribute to cash forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and finance systems projects.

Own the architecture, roadmap, and production operation of search and recommendation systems across discovery surfaces. Lead retrieval, ranking, personalization, relevance measurement, experimentation, OpenSearch infrastructure, signal pipelines, and candidate generation. Partner with Product, Data, ML, and Trust & Safety to balance relevance, freshness, safety, latency, and cold-start behavior. Establish engineering standards, instrumentation, rollout processes, and runbooks while mentoring backend engineers.

Build and productionize large-scale TTS and adjacent speech models end-to-end: model architecture, training, alignment, evaluation, data curation, distributed GPU scaling, latency/cost profiling, tooling, and safety/mitigation for speech systems.

Design, deploy, and scale low-latency inference infrastructure for generative audio models (TTS, ASR, voice conversion). Build high-performance inference engines, Kubernetes-based autoscaling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and GPU optimization to bridge research and production for streaming and batch workloads.

The role involves designing and developing model evaluation pipelines, user studies for subjective evaluations, and automated dashboards to report results, alongside leading the evaluation team and communicating with other teams to improve model performance.

Build and ship state-of-the-art speech systems end-to-end: model architecture, training (pre-train/fine-tune/post-train), evaluation, tooling, data curation, production inference, and safety/abuse mitigation for voice conversion and related tasks.

Lead creative strategy and scaled production for paid performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and mobile ad networks. Develop concept-driven, high-volume creative pipelines using traditional and AI-generated production, own performance analytics and testing frameworks, manage agencies and cross-functional teams, and establish QC processes to iterate on creatives that lower CPIs and drive user acquisition and engagement.
