As Head of Federal Engineering, you will architect and execute technical vision, lead a high-performing team, serve as a key technical partner to federal customers, and ensure scalable, secure network solutions under regulated environments.

Develop and support iOS applications focusing on privacy and security, collaborating with teams for feature development and user experience improvement.

Embed with federal and enterprise customers to deploy, configure, and sustain Cape's mobile network products. Prototype and write production-grade code for integrations and tooling, troubleshoot live production issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and push fixes into the platform. Translate ambiguous mission requirements into prioritized engineering work, drive demos and pilots, and partner with Product, Engineering, and BD to convert deployments into roadmap features and programs of record.
