Own and improve internal developer platforms and tooling to speed engineering velocity: CI/CD, local dev environments, test infrastructure, AI-assisted workflows, and secure developer processes. Measure pipeline reliability and AI productivity, partner with security for FedRAMP-adjacent constraints, and raise engineering standards through docs, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration.
