Capitolis offers fully paid life insurance premiums for coverage up to 3x an employee’s annual salary. We offer access to supplemental life insurance coverage for employees and their dependents.

Capitolis provides short- and long-term disability insurance that replaces up to 60% of an employee’s annual salary for qualifying disabilities.

Capitolis dependent daycare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket dependent daycare expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $5,000 annually.
