The role manages operational performance, financial outcomes, regulatory adherence, and service quality across assigned projects while supervising teams and traveling regionally as needed.

Oversee Career Team’s Direct Services division, leading regional and executive teams, monitoring KPIs and expenditures, implementing strategic plans, supporting service delivery, conducting site reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires cross-functional leadership, workforce development expertise, financial deadline management, and relationship-building with workforce boards. This is a remote position with travel of up to 25%.

Sources employment opportunities, builds employer partnerships, pitches qualified health and sciences graduates to hiring organizations, and manages placement pipelines. Conducts email, phone, and text outreach to alumni; tracks engagement and placement metrics in a CRM; and provides virtual one-on-one coaching on resumes, LinkedIn, networking, interviews, branding, imposter syndrome, and entrepreneurship.
