The Case Manager will assist clients in career development, manage client portfolios, and collaborate with stakeholders to provide comprehensive services for job placement and self-sufficiency.

Conduct case file reviews and monitor data integrity and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, support audits, process payments and billing, maintain reporting tools, and train/coordinate local QA staff to ensure program accuracy and prevent disallowed costs.

The Director of Workforce Transformation will partner with state leaders to redesign workflows for workforce services, oversee the implementation of software solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery to job seekers and employers, driving measurable outcomes in workforce development.
