Stages and prepares inventory vehicles for inbound, outbound, and direct delivery. Responsibilities include scanning and tracking vehicle locations, receiving and organizing vehicles, completing inspections, meeting processing standards, maintaining lots, safely operating and fueling vehicles, and working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.

Oversee multiple vehicle reconditioning lines and manage facility operations when the General Manager is absent. Drive production, cost, quality, safety, and throughput targets; identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead performance reviews, manager huddles, continuous improvement initiatives, process training, and employee development. Ensure compliance with operating, health, safety, and loss prevention standards while maintaining a high-volume shop-floor environment.
