Performs phlebotomy, specimen processing, sample transport and storage, and reference-laboratory coordination. Maintains patient testing, billing, payment, and electronic process records; audits charges; verifies insurance and resolves billing issues. Supports andrology duties, manages supplies and shipping kits, maintains daily order logs, and follows OSHA bloodborne-pathogen, sanitation, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements in a clinical laboratory setting.

The Administrative Coordinator supports the CCRM Management team by managing schedules, processing patient requests, and coordinating medical records. Responsibilities include patient intake, appointment scheduling, and maintaining communication within the admin team.

Provide comprehensive nursing care and coordination for IVF patients: assess histories, educate on protocols and medications, support emotional needs, coordinate procedures and testing, document in EMR, perform IUI as directed, monitor early pregnancies, liaise with physicians, and advocate for patient care throughout the fertility treatment process.

The Regional Director of Provider Relations oversees a team of Physician Liaisons, driving territory performance, expanding referral networks, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve growth goals.
