The Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and technical accounting engagement, providing guidance, ensuring accuracy, and fostering client relationships while supporting team development.

Provide technical accounting and advisory support on engagements including IPO readiness, M&A, divestitures, revenue recognition, lease preparation, restructuring, valuations, and internal controls. Serve client-facing roles, deliver accurate financial reporting and research, and assist team members in developing technical and professional competency.
