Design, implement, and operate AWS cloud security and infrastructure: least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, multi-account governance, detection and response, vulnerability management, HIPAA compliance, and embedding security into the development lifecycle. Build automated remediation pipelines, maintain GitHub CI/CD automation, validate SIEM logging, and produce prioritized gap analyses for active care programs.

Build and lead Chamber’s healthcare compliance function across regulatory, corporate, clinical, government programs, privacy, HIPAA, IT/security oversight, and internal audit. Responsibilities include developing compliance strategy, managing Medicare and Medicaid requirements, standardizing clinical compliance, overseeing audits and investigations, maintaining policies and training, and partnering cross-functionally on risk controls, AI-enabled workflows, payer relationships, and multi-state expansion.

The Staff/Principal Full Stack Engineer will design and build core web applications, backend services, and integrate AI capabilities for healthcare-focused operational tools.

Lead design and build of read/write EHR integrations using FHIR/HL7/C-CDA, deliver clinical notifications into provider workflows, apply AI to extract and route unstructured data, support payer and partner data flows, and implement monitoring, error-handling, and documentation to scale integrations.

Manage day-to-day project plans and cross-functional coordination for payer implementations. Prepare payer-facing materials, document decisions, track open items, support go-live and post-launch account management, and help build a repeatable payer implementation playbook.
