Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner to professionalize and scale museum operations for a major facility expansion. Lead Visitor Services, Facilities, Security, IT, HR, and operations budgeting; modernize enterprise technology and people operations; oversee transition planning for a new 80,000 sq ft museum; present operational updates to the board; design staffing and deployment models; and ensure operational excellence, staff engagement, and mission delivery during rapid growth.

Lead financial strategy and stewardship during rapid growth and a $300M capital project. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, endowment and debt management, audits, compliance, and finance team development. Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and Board, modernize systems and controls, and align departmental budgets with institutional goals.

Lead strategy and operations for CMOM's family membership program through a multi-year museum transition and opening. Drive acquisition, retention, revenue forecasting, member communications, systems integrations, staffing, and performance reporting while supervising the Membership Manager and coordinating cross-departmental campaigns and service protocols.

On-call supervisor for museum public programs supporting setup/breakdown, supervising Museum Educators, running events and workshops, engaging families and children, ensuring safety and policy compliance, assisting with documentation and operations, and supporting guest artists during primarily weekend shifts.

Lead drop-in museum programs for children (birth–8) and caregivers using art, music, movement, storytelling, and STEAM activities. Create welcoming experiences, prepare and reset materials, assist with cleaning and exhibit maintenance, and support visitor engagement and developmental learning. Weekend, holiday, and orientation/professional development attendance required.
