Define target audiences, product problems, value, priorities, success metrics, workflows, decision logic, and integrations. Monitor usage, iterate based on evidence, and maintain a coherent, trustworthy enterprise product. Partner with Design and Engineering to shape practical solutions while making focused decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff. Define target customers, prioritize bets, set success metrics, and drive adoption through evidence-based decisions while partnering with Design and Engineering to deliver enterprise-grade scheduling, integration, and routing solutions.

Own and execute Chili Piper's global events program end-to-end: plan the annual calendar, manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution; build landing pages, run CRM exports and email promotion, produce webinars, track attendance and pipeline impact, and amplify event content while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
