Leads client relationships and service delivery for complex private credit fund administration portfolios. Advises portfolio managers, CFOs, operations, and treasury teams on fund structures, loan lifecycles, valuations, financing, reporting, and operational challenges. Coordinates with internal Product, Operations, Technology, and Business Development teams to deliver client solutions, resolve escalations, retain and grow revenue, and support strategic account planning.

Leads client service for sophisticated private assets clients, serving as a senior advisor and coordinating service delivery across teams. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, SLA and KPI oversight, issue resolution, onboarding, business development, profitability management, compliance, and team leadership. The role also drives service improvements, client retention, cross-selling, strategic reporting, and development of a high-performing client service organization.

Lead strategic relationships with private asset management clients, particularly private equity and private credit funds. Oversee client onboarding, training, service-level agreements, communication strategies, KPI and internal reporting, profitability reviews, and coordination across internal teams. Identify expansion opportunities, support pricing and fee proposals, manage complex fund-service relationships, and maintain CRM records. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, budgeting, margin analysis, technical accounting, project management, and communication skills.

Leads data stewardship for a business domain, aligning data strategy, governance, quality, modeling, metadata, MDM, and AI-readiness. Owns data dictionaries, quality standards, data contracts, lineage, classification, health monitoring, migration planning, and stakeholder enablement. Partners with engineering and product teams on platform design, pipeline testing, reporting models, and enterprise data initiatives. Requires extensive domain data experience and strong communication, governance, SQL, and modern data-platform expertise.

Leads real assets client transformation engagements, assessing fund servicing needs, designing target operating models, recommending technology solutions, and supporting client pitches. Provides real assets subject matter expertise, guides requirements and testing, prioritizes transformation initiatives, manages stakeholder communication and risk, and mentors junior team members. Requires extensive real assets and financial services experience, strong knowledge of fund structures and asset operations, strategic leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Develops and maintains enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. Responsibilities include Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components development; integrations with internal systems and telephony platforms; CI/CD, testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and release support. The role collaborates with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams while contributing to Salesforce standards, automation, and platform strategy.

Leads business development and end-to-end sales for Citco’s fund administration services. Generates leads through industry contacts and events, manages RFPs and proposals, develops strategic opportunities, builds intermediary relationships, supports marketing and client events, maintains CRM records, and closes new mandates. Requires extensive financial services sales experience, strong hedge fund knowledge, executive communication skills, and the ability to manage senior-level relationships and complex priorities.
