Supports National Account VPs by managing retailer relationships, sales and sell-through reporting, purchase orders, replenishment planning, inventory opportunities, account presentations, and ecommerce drop-ship setup. Coordinates with Customer Care, Finance, Planning, and other departments to resolve order, transmission, pricing, availability, and product setup issues while supporting sales growth and customer service.

Develop and execute U.S. marketing strategies, annual calendars, and integrated campaigns for Citizen collections, including Vera Wang. Lead consumer insights, campaign development, partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, agency management, performance measurement, and budget delivery. The role builds brand awareness, strengthens premium brand equity, supports product launches, and drives consumer consideration across paid, owned, earned, digital, and retail channels.

Supports National Account VPs in managing retailer relationships, sales and service goals, reporting, purchase orders, replenishment planning, inventory opportunities, and ecommerce drop-ship setup. The role coordinates account presentations, product and marketing meetings, retailer communications, ERP updates, EDI launches, cross-reference maintenance, and troubleshooting of pricing and availability issues.

Leads U.S. brand marketing strategy and annual planning for Bulova collections, including Accutron. Owns integrated campaigns from consumer insights and strategic development through execution, measurement, and optimization. Partners with PR, social, creative, digital, media, sales, product, agencies, and global teams to strengthen brand equity, drive awareness, support launches, and increase consumer consideration. Identifies partnerships and market opportunities while managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution.

Leads corporate sales growth by guiding independent representatives across 11 territories, managing key accounts and distributors, pursuing large-volume opportunities, coordinating customized orders, forecasting sales, and resolving customer challenges. Builds partnerships through market visits, trade shows, and customer engagement while following up on leads and supporting new business development. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver pricing, product, packaging, and delivery solutions.

Owns the operational health, stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a multi-brand ecommerce ecosystem. Responsibilities include production support, technical troubleshooting, platform integrations, release coordination, vendor management, UAT, deployments, documentation, compliance strategies, merchandising support, and cross-functional digital project leadership. The role manages Salesforce Commerce Cloud expansions across international markets, oversees ecommerce technology partners, resolves front-end and back-end issues, and identifies scalable technologies and process improvements.
