Drive global growth and adoption of Clinch solutions across a holding company and its partner agencies. Build executive engagement strategies, develop commercial opportunities, manage upsell and cross-sell revenue, establish agency KPIs, lead education and enablement, support go-to-market initiatives, forecast revenue, mitigate account risks, and collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams.

Supports sales planning, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, CRM administration, sales documentation, client logistics, order processing, and cross-functional sales activities. The role maintains accurate CRM records, improves sales processes, coordinates with marketing on lead and pipeline reporting, and provides administrative and operational support to sales representatives. Requires at least three days per week in the Manhattan office.

The Client Experience Manager will ensure client success by translating business objectives into solutions, overseeing campaigns, and educating clients on the Clinch platform.
