Build and configure clinical studies in the CRIO platform using protocols, eCRFs, manuals, clinical trial agreements, and budgets. Design visit schedules, customize templates, perform quality-control reviews, manage complex trials, configure study finances, complete client edits, and mentor employees. The role requires clinical research knowledge, medical terminology, financial tracking, strong organization, attention to detail, and at least one year of healthcare experience.

Entry-level marketing role supporting event management (trade shows, conferences, webinars) and broader marketing activities including email, social media, digital ads, content creation, website updates, and project coordination. ~50% events; remainder supports campaigns, collateral, vendor coordination, and on-site troubleshooting.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for EDC, eSource, and Integrations; build and mentor product teams; drive sponsor-facing integration vision, KPI tracking, cross-functional alignment, and adoption while managing risk, backlog governance, and agile delivery.

The Product Owner will lead product vision and delivery, manage the backlog, facilitate scrum processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

Identify and qualify leads via calls, email, and social media; research prospect needs; communicate product value; book demos; manage CRM; meet sales-qualified lead and demo targets; collaborate on campaigns; stay current on industry trends; and continuously develop sales skills.

Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to onboard and support clinical research clients, analyze usage data to drive adoption, deliver training and Help Center content, provide custom reporting expertise, and consult with sponsors and sites to improve platform utilization and client outcomes.

Lead day-to-day operations for multiple engineering teams, drive sprint planning and quarterly roadmaps, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, coach and develop engineers, review technical and architectural decisions, coordinate cross-team dependencies, partner with product and design, and track engineering metrics to continuously improve quality and throughput.
