The Safety Coordinator supports the Regional Safety Manager by ensuring construction jobsite compliance with company, project, and regulatory safety requirements. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, guiding project planning, attending safety meetings, maintaining safety records, supporting incident investigations, coordinating training, and advising employees, trade partners, vendors, and visitors on safety procedures.

Support project management across budgeting, bidding, cost control, documentation, RFIs/submittals, meeting leadership, site coordination with superintendents, and project closeout while using company systems and enforcing safety.

Lead preconstruction activities including conceptual estimating, bid and trade partner management, client relationship building, permitting guidance, site mobilization planning, and mentoring preconstruction teams to ensure smooth transition to construction.

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects (budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, and closeout). Prepare bids and budgets, monitor project financials, manage subcontracts and certificates of insurance, support business development, mentor junior staff, and ensure project goals and client satisfaction are met.

Manage commercial construction projects through all phases: budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, and closeout. Manage MEP model coordination, submittals, RFIs, vendor startup, commissioning documentation, client training, and punch-list closeout while supporting project teams and enforcing safety.
