Manage customer support via Zendesk, improve macros/automations, identify recurring issues and feed insights to product, use AI tools (including Claude Code) to automate and analyze support workflows, and run daily SoHo office operations and events. Freelance Brand Designer to create campaign visuals, editorial assets, and expressive visual systems across earned and owned channels. Partner with leadership and marketing to shape launches, email, social, and blog imagery. Direct campaigns and execute high-quality assets while collaborating asynchronously with a small remote team.

Create timely, witty social copy and visual mockups for astrology-focused social channels. Collaborate with creatives, iterate on feedback, meet deadlines, and produce pop-culture-driven content for Instagram, X, and TikTok. Support brand projects and expand social presence.
