Leads the organization’s tax function, including tax strategy, GAAP and statutory tax provisions, consolidated compliance, premium tax filings, audits, legislative monitoring, internal controls, and tax risk management. Advises senior leadership on transactions and regulatory matters, manages external stakeholders, and develops the tax team. Requires deep P&C insurance tax expertise, including ASC 740, SSAP 101, insurance-specific tax law, and advanced tax software and Excel proficiency.
