Lead marketing performance analytics across paid, earned, and owned channels; track full-funnel metrics to revenue; partner on strategic planning and targets; manage ad-hoc analytics and executive/Board reviews; optimize lead scoring and attribution with rigorous validation; design interactive dashboards; support closed-loop marketing reporting and customer journey optimization via omni-channel activation and A/B testing.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for North. Set 6–18 month roadmap, drive activation/adoption/retention/expansion, run experiments and metrics, engage enterprise customers, partner with research and engineering to productize model capabilities, and build and lead a high-performing PM and documentation team while ensuring security and time-to-value for enterprise deployments.
