As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll design and manage enterprise network and SASE solutions, mentor engineers, and lead network transformation projects.

Design, deploy, and troubleshoot carrier-grade Layer 1-3 connectivity including carrier interconnects, NNIs, MPLS, BGP, VRFs, VLANs, and Azure ExpressRoute. Validate circuit turn-ups, support data center deployments, develop configuration templates and runbooks, and act as escalation for complex transport and routing issues while coordinating with carriers, NOC, and implementation teams.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize retention and growth through regular contact, QBRs, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, CRM and KPI management, and close collaboration with sales and engineering to improve customer experience and hit revenue and churn targets.
