Supports the United States Attorney’s Office Asset Forfeiture Section by collecting, analyzing, reconciling, entering, and organizing case information. Maintains physical and electronic files, tracks deadlines and case status, coordinates information requests, prepares accurate reports and legal documents, performs case-related word processing, and provides timely updates. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, data-entry accuracy, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for a lengthy background investigation.

Support the US Attorney's Office Financial Litigation Unit by extracting case information from LIONS, PACER, and sentencing documents; create case folders and initial legal correspondence; generate and secure investigative reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, BOP Sentry); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Provide paralegal support to the USAO: review and analyze case materials, draft correspondence and reports, conduct legal research, organize exhibits and trial materials, interview witnesses, prepare testimony summaries, and assist attorneys with pre-trial and trial tasks.

Support the USAO by gathering, analyzing, reconciling, and entering case information into databases; maintain physical files; track case status and deadlines; prepare documents, reports, and summaries; perform word processing and provide timely status updates.

Support the U.S. Attorney's Office Asset Forfeiture Section by reviewing investigative reports, evaluating case litigation worthiness, preparing pleadings and motions, organizing discovery and evidentiary exhibits, conducting legal research, assisting in pretrial preparation and witness management, and training or supervising other paralegals as needed.
