The Director of Recruiting owns full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, customer-facing, hourly, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include managing 10–20 concurrent requisitions, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and executives, leading sourcing and screening, tracking recruiting metrics, improving hiring processes, coordinating interviews and offers, maintaining Lever data, supporting DEI and onboarding, and presenting recruiting updates to executive leadership.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for sourcing mid-market technology accounts (100-1,000 employees), running multi-channel outreach, qualifying inbound and expansion opportunities, booking discovery meetings, and handing off sales-accepted opportunities to Account Executives while maintaining CRM data integrity and exceeding monthly quotas.
