Manage and grow existing SMB accounts by owning the full sales cycle, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, analyzing customer data for expansion, becoming a product expert, collaborating with SDR/CSM teams, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting quota.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers, deliver tailored training, drive quick wins and adoption, establish usage habits to boost retention, and identify and mitigate at-risk clients to reduce churn.
