Hands-on, full-time internship for active-duty U.S. service members participating in DoD SkillBridge. Support project management and field teams by processing documentation (submittals, RFIs), tracking schedules, budgets, and materials, attending meetings, supporting quality control and safety, and assisting project engineers, managers, and superintendents.

Develops and maintains regional construction safety program, ensures OSHA compliance, conducts site visits and hazard assessments, leads safety trainings, investigates incidents, manages safety documentation, oversees subcontractor compliance, and supports planning for high-risk construction activities.

Support multiple construction projects as a technical and field quality resource. Develop and finalize site-specific quality management plans, conduct field checks and mock-up reviews, verify materials, support punchlist/turnover, provide training on quality processes and tools, facilitate lessons-learned, participate in constructability and pre-operational meetings, and drive corporate quality/process improvements.

Lead and manage scheduling for construction projects, ensuring schedules align with contracts and project goals. Coordinate with field and office teams, perform bi-monthly updates, support Time Impact Analysis, and maintain strong communication with superintendents, project managers, and clients.
