Senior-level DBA responsible for SQL Server administration, database design and architecture, performance tuning, security, backup/recovery, migration, deployment support, and monitoring across production, test, and development environments. Must support mission-critical applications within FISMA-regulated federal environments and follow Agile/SDLC and application lifecycle processes while providing strong documentation and communication.

Provide system administration for Windows-based application hosting: support IIS, monitor performance and availability, coordinate security patching, assist deployments, configuration management, and infrastructure modernization in FISMA-regulated federal environments.

Lead design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise middleware and API integration services for the IRS. Provide technical leadership for Java-based integration solutions using IBM webMethods and cloud-native microservices on OpenShift/Kubernetes. Responsibilities include API development, system integration, application modernization, production support, troubleshooting, and delivery within Agile/DevSecOps environments.

Modernize legacy enterprise applications for the IRS by migrating to cloud-native architectures: replatforming Java apps, implementing Spring Boot microservices, containerizing on OpenShift/Kubernetes, enabling CI/CD and enterprise integration, and designing technical solutions to support Common API Services.

Lead design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise middleware and API integration for the IRS. Provide technical leadership for Java-based, IBM webMethods, and cloud-native integration solutions, handle production support, troubleshooting, and work in Agile teams with containerized and microservices architectures.

Provide wing-level planning and exercise management for MQ-9 operations: schedule and evaluate exercises, develop contingency plans, coordinate with HQ and external partners, track readiness, brief leadership, and ensure compliance with Air Force exercise and inspection requirements.

Serve as the Wing Information Assurance Officer for Advanced Programs, managing security for classified AIS and LAN/WAN systems. Develop and apply DoD/USAF security policy, certify special access AIS, administer network accounts and firewalls, conduct training, inspections, vulnerability assessments, and incident reporting. Provide technical support, configuration oversight, and security briefings to ensure protection of Top Secret/SAP/SCI information and system integrity.

Serves as the Wing's resource advisor/budget analyst supporting formulation, execution, analysis, and administration of the Wing budget. Monitors obligations and expenditures, prepares budget estimates and adjustments, conducts financial analyses and special studies, advises leadership, participates in financial working groups, and uses Air Force financial systems to track and report funds.

Serve as technical lead for software development, testing, deployment support, release management, requirements analysis, defect resolution, and technical oversight for MIS. Lead development, testing, UAT, Section 508 compliance, performance/capacity testing, documentation, and modernization/migration efforts.
