Lead construction projects through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases. Manage teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, permits, subcontractors, safety, and cost controls while maintaining client relationships and project standards.

Manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, leading project teams, coordinating estimating and contracts, overseeing permitting, insurance, subcontracting, safety, and mentoring staff. Handle multiple short-duration projects (3-12 months) and travel regionally as required.
