Collaborate with senior leadership and staff to translate product and technical requests into features, identify and fix bugs, and manage priorities in an Agile, fast-paced environment. Contribute to high-traffic application development and team-driven project delivery.

Perform manual quality assurance and testing for EDI/integration solutions: gather and decompose requirements, develop BRDs, manage defects via portal, document test steps, coordinate with test leads, maintain test records, estimate effort, and ensure quality delivery to production.
