As Director of Strategic Initiatives, you'll lead the exploration and development of new business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives for Consumer Reports, collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

The Audience Development Strategist will lead audience growth efforts through SEO and AI optimizations, coordinate initiatives, and drive strategy implementation.

Design data-driven visual stories and interactive graphics that translate complex testing, safety, and research data into accessible charts, infographics, and web interactives. Partner with journalists, researchers, and UX researchers to analyze data, pitch concepts, prototype and implement interactives (HTML/CSS/JS/D3/SVG) in the CMS, ensure cross-platform consistency and accessibility, and refresh graphics as needed.

Lead technical policy work on utility regulation, electricity markets, and energy affordability. Analyze rate cases, IRPs, and investments; develop policy recommendations and regulatory comments; coordinate advocacy, coalition work, and public communications; represent Consumer Reports before agencies and media; translate technical issues for consumers and policymakers.

The Financial Systems Analyst will manage financial systems, lead upgrades, automate workflows, and provide technical support to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Manage Consumer Reports' affiliate shopping program: build and maintain partner relationships, execute link management and QA, track promotions, monitor performance, coordinate with internal teams, resolve tracking issues, and develop strategies to grow affiliate revenue.

The Associate Director, Audience Development will drive audience strategy, optimize discoverability and engagement across digital platforms, and oversee SEO efforts while collaborating cross-functionally to elevate Consumer Reports' audience presence.

Lead exploratory R&D and rapid prototyping of AI/ML and emerging-technology solutions, own architecture for a RAG chatbot (AskCR), collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and translate experiments into actionable insights that guide product strategy and consumer-focused innovation.

Lead architecture and implementation of AskCR across web and mobile. Coordinate cross-team engineering, establish CI/CD and observability best practices, diagnose production issues, mentor engineers, and deliver multi-platform, AI-driven features integrated with backend APIs.
