Creates and publishes social media, website, newsletter, presentation, and thought leadership content. Tracks digital performance metrics, manages publishing operations, develops work plans, coordinates stakeholders, resolves issues, and creates contingency plans. The role is remote or hybrid and requires travel of up to 25%.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of DOE architecture‑engineering task orders, managing schedule, budget, scope, subcontract administration, design submittals, client communications, risk escalation, meetings, and project closeout while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and performing technical review (without serving as engineer of record).
