Oversee pipeline workload, approve complex or escalated files, interpret guidelines, manage exceptions, partner with operations and sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive team development, quality control, and process improvements to meet production goals and risk standards.

Support finance team with monthly/quarterly reporting, data compilation, budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, KPI monitoring, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement in mortgage lending.

Lead and scale mortgage funding and warehouse lending operations, manage P&L, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee daily funding/wire processes, optimize systems integrations (LOS, WMS, core, data warehouse), coordinate loan delivery and sales to secondary market/GSEs, and implement phased rollout with staffing, pilots, and risk controls.
