Lead regional supportive housing projects by developing opportunities, managing project teams, budgets, and deliverables, delivering technical assistance and trainings, producing tools/resources, supporting systems transformation with government partners, and marketing CSH services. Work remotely within Eastern or Central Region, travel 30–50%, and collaborate across teams to advance the regional workplan and foster knowledge-sharing and stakeholder partnerships.

Originate and underwrite loans for multifamily supportive housing across Washington and Oregon; develop lending strategy; cultivate borrower and partner relationships; provide technical assistance, policy feedback, and trainings; support loan closings, servicing, and creation of new funding sources to expand supportive housing production.

Provide full-cycle HR support with emphasis on benefits and leave administration, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS management, employee relations, compliance reporting, and vendor management. Act as primary benefits administrator, manage open enrollment, support audits, and recommend process improvements while partnering with HR leadership.
