The Lead Product Designer will own the design process, driving strategy, enhancing UX, managing the design system, and collaborating with teams for impactful design solutions.

Own and implement the design system from Figma to code, prototype high-fidelity interactions, and ship UI-heavy features. Collaborate with design, product, and frontend teams to polish microinteractions, improve usability, and ensure consistent, performant, and well-tested components across the product.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, optimize performance, and collaborate with other teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Own strategic product initiatives for Cortex's Internal Developer Portal: define requirements, prioritize roadmap, conduct market and competitive research, gather customer feedback, collaborate with engineering and design, drive product rollouts and communications, and track key metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and services. Improve performance, reliability, and deployments; operate production systems (incident response rotation); conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; collaborate with product, sales, and customers.
