Improve implementation playbooks, workflows, templates, and tooling while channeling customer feedback to product, engineering, and support.

Analyze clinical data completeness, reliability, and effectiveness across healthcare facilities, vendors, interoperability networks, and integration pathways. Reconcile claims with clinical records, identify missingness and latency, report ADT coverage, evaluate data technologies, recommend vendor configurations, and prioritize facilities for direct acquisition. Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to improve scalable, trustworthy data pipelines and support TEFCA and QHIN strategy.

Leads the Data Products engineering pillar, owning clinical data ingestion, canonical modeling, pipeline scalability, observability, and enterprise reporting foundations. Manages engineering teams and cross-functional delivery while advancing AI-assisted software development practices. The role requires building reliable, scalable data platforms for regulated healthcare environments, improving data quality and readiness, and translating technical strategy into business outcomes.

Build and maintain scalable infrastructure platforms supporting domestic and international workloads. Develop CI/CD, declarative lifecycle management, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and automation systems. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, respond to alerts, minimize downtime, streamline delivery pipelines and database changes, and help guide SRE team direction. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and technology professionals while promoting a high-performance, cross-functional culture.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack healthcare software in collaboration with clinicians, operators, and product managers. Own solutions from understanding business problems through delivery and measurement, make independent technical and product decisions, incorporate AI agents, and improve development practices through testing and documentation. The role involves developing and refactoring complex distributed systems while connecting engineering work to user and business outcomes.

Owns a complex portfolio of primary care provider partnerships, driving adoption, retention, expansion, workflow transformation, and measurable value-based care outcomes. Advises clinical and operational leaders, analyzes performance data, leads implementation and change management, resolves escalations, develops scalable provider-success strategies, and mentors colleagues. The role requires strong provider relationship management, healthcare technology implementation experience, influence without authority, and frequent travel to New Jersey practices.

Own and evolve the company’s design system, reusable UI primitives, shared interaction patterns, and frontend UX quality. Build production-ready React and TypeScript components, prototype complex workflows, address UX technical debt, and improve responsive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences. Partner with Design and Product to validate feasibility, translate design intent into implementation, and guide frontend system decisions, including AI-enabled product experiences.

Leads high-priority commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external stakeholders. Owns project plans, governance, risk mitigation, performance reporting, analytical models, executive communications, and scalable operating processes. Provides strategic recommendations and execution discipline to support leadership decisions, partnership performance, and growth in a value-based healthcare environment.
