Serve as a strategic operator and trusted liaison to the CEO, managing the Office of the CEO, executive schedule, internal communications, information flow, and cross-functional coordination. Track CEO OKRs, facilitate leadership meetings, draft and review external/internal briefing materials, staff the CEO at events, and lead high-level projects while acting as a proxy for the CEO when needed.

The Producer will lead the programming and production of live events, collaborating with executives to ensure high-quality content and exceptional experiences, while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Lead a team of data engineers, architect solutions, maintain data pipelines, and balance technical excellence with delivery in a newsroom environment.
