Own day-to-day administration of global benefits programs including enrollments, billing reconciliation, open enrollment, vendor and broker management, and benefits system implementation. Provide employee support and orientations, maintain local benefit documentation, coordinate leaves, ensure compliance with ACA/COBRA/ERISA and data privacy (GDPR/HIPAA), assist audits, and recommend market-competitive solutions for scaling benefits internationally.

Lead Americas compliance for insurance distribution, overseeing multi-state licensing, regulatory filings, AML/OFAC programs, partner program oversight, monitoring, audit and regulatory responses, team leadership, and IPO-readiness support. Translate global framework into regional operations and enable business teams to operate compliantly.

Lead the Americas Complaints team, managing complaint resolution and regulatory responses. Use data analysis to improve processes and mentor team members.

Lead enterprise travel partnerships across the Americas: identify, cultivate, negotiate and close deals with airlines, OTAs, cruise and tour partners. Own partner relationships, drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline/CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams to launch partner solutions, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
