Leads North American financial crimes investigations, including escalated AML, sanctions, fraud, crypto and fiat cases, SAR filing, blockchain transaction analysis, and regulatory responses. Manages and mentors investigators, supports MLRO and compliance officers, partners with data and engineering teams to improve transaction monitoring, develops risk and performance metrics, forecasts staffing, and drives training and operational quality.

Own the end-to-end onboarding and fiat funding experience, including signup, KYC, deposits, payouts, payment methods, limits, retries, and banking partnerships. Lead the product roadmap, optimize the signup-to-funded funnel, instrument conversion and drop-offs, conduct user research, create wireframes in Figma, and coordinate engineering, design, compliance, payments, banking, data, and operations. Ensure funding and identity experiences meet high standards for usability, trust, recovery, and regulatory compliance.

Lead and define product design strategy, oversee end-to-end user experiences, manage and mentor a mid-large design team, maintain and contribute to a shared design system, run user research, translate user data into insights, and align design outputs with business and product objectives while communicating with senior stakeholders.
