Serve as enterprise solution architect for SAP SCM (PP, QM, WM, Shop Floor Control) and MES/engineering integration; own SCM roadmap and S/4HANA/IBP strategy; lead implementations and vendor/AMS relationships; set delivery metrics and report to leadership; manage and develop the SAP SCM team, capacity planning, hiring, and performance management.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: lead teams, drive schedules, ensure compliance, assemble submissions, run bid reviews and kickoffs, and support process improvements to win aerospace/defense contracts.

Manage demo gear inventory, shipments, bailment agreements, and RMA coordination; maintain trackers and reports; support projects and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and returns of demo equipment.

Manage and grow Air Force and other assigned DoD accounts across CONUS. Own full sales cycle, develop account plans, respond to RFPs/RFIs, forecast sales, coordinate internal teams, resolve escalations, and travel regularly (≈50%) to drive revenue for PacStar products and integrated solutions.

Lead and mature EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites: ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, perform inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, documentation, and partner with operations, engineering, and quality to drive continuous safety improvements.

Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Design, develop, and test electrical components and systems supporting NPI and high-volume manufacturing. Perform PCB layout, circuit design, EMC reviews, vendor assessments, troubleshooting, test hardware/software development, and collaborate with manufacturing to resolve production issues.

Manage sales of Tactical Data Link solutions to aerospace primes and DoD customers. Develop new accounts, grow revenue and margins, lead responses to RFPs/RFIs, prepare business cases/ROI analyses, deliver presentations, provide forecasts, and travel regularly to support territory sales (50% travel).
