Manage and grow D.S. & Durga’s East Coast wholesale territory across approximately 50 luxury retail doors. Responsibilities include sales planning, account management, sell-through analysis, retail partnership development, education, events, clienteling, merchandising standards, freelance team supervision, and budget management. The role requires approximately 30% overnight travel, strong fragrance expertise, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting tools.

Supports commercial operations across wholesale, international, and retail channels by managing orders, customer data, launches, reporting, fulfillment issues, and commercial tools. Coordinates with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Creative, and retailers to resolve exceptions and maintain accurate information. Produces reports and dashboards, supports ERP and EDI improvements, documents processes, and identifies automation opportunities. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and business systems.

Coordinates domestic and international shipments with vendors and freight carriers, monitors delivery timelines, resolves logistics issues, analyzes shipping costs, and tracks performance KPIs. Maintains logistics partner relationships, supports customs and import/export compliance, prepares operational reports, collaborates cross-functionally, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
