Provides in-person and remote technical support for employees across multiple business groups. Resolves and escalates hardware, software, application, credential, and peripheral issues while meeting service-level goals. Supports application patching, testing, licensing, deployment, imaging, inventory, lifecycle management, and user training. Uses ITSM and ticketing systems, follows ITIL practices, maintains documentation, promotes cybersecurity best practices, coordinates with vendors, and recommends technology or process improvements.

Responsibilities include researching companies, industries, and market trends; building and updating financial models; creating tables, graphs, reports, and statistical analyses; forming securities opinions; and communicating findings to sales and trading teams and institutional clients.

Lead full-stack development using React, Node and TypeScript. Design scalable architecture, write and review code, ensure performance, accessibility and security, mentor off-shore teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, support production (including weekends/off-hours), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.
