Manages and modernizes the company’s IT infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, storage, backups, endpoints, and cloud services. Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and secures infrastructure solutions; leads modernization, automation, AI tool adoption, and cybersecurity initiatives. Develops standards and documentation, manages vendors, mentors junior staff, and partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable technology.

The Staff Accountant will reconcile e-commerce sales, refunds, fees, chargebacks, deposits, and payment processor settlements across multiple businesses. Responsibilities include account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, accounts payable and receivable assistance, financial reporting, audit documentation, discrepancy resolution, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires collaboration with finance teams, vendors, internal departments, and payment providers, along with strong Excel, accounting software, organizational, and analytical skills.

Supports sleepwear apparel development by preparing technical specifications, reviewing patterns and grading, measuring and evaluating samples, documenting fit corrections, maintaining development records, and coordinating with design, quality control, grading teams, and factories. Participates in fittings and garment approval processes, tracks corrections, flags construction or measurement issues, and helps ensure styles meet fit, quality, and development deadlines.
